In Systeme.io, go to Dashboard → Affiliate dashboard. Find your Affiliate ID and copy it. It usually starts with sa. Copy the ID itself, not a Systeme.io subscription promotion link.

Open the ready-to-fill emailPaste your affiliate ID into the link builder. Copy the result and open it once to check the course page loads. Keep the www and the entire ?sa= part in your link. They are needed for tracking.
Go to the link builder ↓Complete your Settings → Profile information. Then open Settings → Affiliate commissions payouts → Choose payment method. Choose bank transfer for USD commissions and add the requested account-holder and bank details; save the payment method.
Bank transfer setup may only become available after your first affiliate sale. If you cannot see it yet, come back when your first commission appears. PROTITAM currently pays by manual bank transfer; choose bank transfer for this partnership.
You do not need your own Wise account to receive a bank transfer. Enter payment details only inside your own Systeme.io account. Never in public comments or this page.

We count paid course sales attributed to your affiliate ID during the previous calendar month (UTC). Free registrations, test orders, self-referrals, fraudulent orders, refunded orders and chargebacks do not count. PROTITAM reviews the results at the start of each month and confirms the eligible rate. Refunds discovered later can remove qualification and adjust the unpaid bonus.
The higher rate is applied as a 5-percentage-point top-up to eligible sales in the qualifying next month. The Systeme.io dashboard continues to show the 15% base commission; PROTITAM records and pays the extra bonus separately with the monthly payout review. It is not an automatic change to your dashboard rate. Each month is reviewed again, so the higher rate is not permanent.
PROTITAM / GXA Oy pays approved commissions by manual bank transfer from its Holvi business account in one monthly payout cycle. Systeme.io tracks the 15% base commission and generates eligible invoices; it does not send your payment automatically. PROTITAM checks the sales and sends the transfer after approval.
A tracked sale creates a pending commission, not an immediate payment. The customer has a 30-day refund guarantee. Each sale must complete a 31-day waiting period from purchase before its commission can be approved. Simply keeping a platform account open is not enough: the purchase must remain paid, with no unresolved refund request or payment dispute.
Eligible base commissions must reach the $30 USD minimum for payout. Smaller balances carry forward to a later month. Your profile and payment method must be complete.
Systeme.io generates eligible affiliate invoices on the 10th. PROTITAM reviews the sales before authorizing a payment: the 31-day wait must be complete, and any refund request or payment dispute must be resolved. The separately reviewed performance bonus follows the same waiting period. Bank processing can add time; arrival on the 10th is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for reporting your own affiliate income as required where you live. Earnings depend on actual eligible sales; no income is guaranteed.
A refund request is reviewed first. A request alone does not cancel your commission. Once a full refund is completed, that sale earns no base commission or performance bonus and does not count toward the 20-sale target.
Both base commissions and performance bonuses stay pending for at least 31 days from the purchase date. PROTITAM checks refund requests, completed refunds and payment disputes before approving the monthly payout. If a refund was requested within the 30-day guarantee but is still being processed, the commission stays on hold until it is resolved. A $49 eligible sale would normally earn $7.35 at 15%; after a full refund, its eligible commission is $0.
If one of 20 qualifying sales is refunded, the valid total becomes 19. That month no longer qualifies for the next-month 20% rate. Late refunds can also require an adjustment to an unpaid performance bonus.
If a refunded sale has already been paid out, PROTITAM records the commission adjustment and deducts it from future eligible commissions or bonuses after review. You receive a breakdown. We do not automatically withdraw money from your bank account.
This policy applies to completed refunds and reversed payments. Disputed sales are held for review. Questions about an adjustment? Contact titam@protitam.com with the sale date and your affiliate ID.
Your commission first appears as pending. A sale becomes eligible for approval only after 31 days from purchase, after the customer's 30-day guarantee has ended, and once any refund request or payment dispute has been resolved. Approved commissions are included in the next monthly payout cycle if the $30 eligible base-commission minimum is met and your payment details are complete. You are not paid automatically on day 31. The performance bonus follows the same waiting period.
No paid Systeme.io plan or course purchase is required to be a partner. Explore the course page so you can recommend it accurately. If you have not used the course, do not present your recommendation as a personal testimonial.
No. Wise is not used for this partnership. PROTITAM / GXA Oy sends approved payments manually from its Holvi business account to your bank account. You provide your receiving account details securely in Systeme.io. Bank transfer setup may only appear after your first affiliate sale; see step 5.
No. A visitor must make an eligible paid purchase that Systeme.io attributes to your affiliate ID. Always use your personal tracked link. Clicks, free signups and purchases that are not attributed to you do not automatically earn commission.
Yes, when it genuinely answers the person's question and the platform or community permits affiliate links. Give useful help first and disclose your commission clearly. Do not flood comments or send unwanted promotional messages.
You keep the 15% standard rate. There is no penalty or requirement to hit the target. The 20% rate is an optional next-month reward for at least 20 valid sales in the preceding month.
The dashboard tracks the standard 15% commission. The extra 5-percentage-point performance bonus is reviewed and recorded separately by PROTITAM, then included in the monthly payout review once eligible. Contact Titam for your bonus breakdown.
